However, our concept is not only limited to our clients but we also want to make everyone feel comfortable in any way; This includes our sub contractors (Subs). Provide Comfortable Work Space For Subs To let our subs work comfortably we set up a table, storage box, chairs on each site with which they can work, have a break and meeting with other people. What makes our way unique is that we often make these furniture using existing old furniture and building materials that is to replace with new ones on renovation site because we have a Japanese spirit of “Mottainai“.     Hi Readers!! Always thanks for visiting our blog!! Do you know what has the largest impact on the cost for building work? Material? Labour?? Design??? The answer is….. labour!! However, labour cost highly depends on working time so we actually have to save contractors’ work time if we want to save labour cost. For example, let’s think about hiring a painter. If her labour cost is $200/day and you ask to work for 5 days you may have to pay $1,000.
