There are issues to be addressed variously for our customer satisfaction such as service quality improvement, cost reduction, etc.
In this year we will push forward with our fast services.

Our fast services can provide several advantages for our customers.

Moreover, although it is mainly remodeling, fast construction can greatly reduce the occupants’ stress.

To increase the speed of our services these three things listed below are the major factors.

  1. Preparation 80%
  2. Doublechecking work details 10%
  3. Actual construction 10%.

So preparation of construction basically determines the service speed.

Since it depends on how to use time and energy for preparation before construction,
we will verify various proposals and hypotheses, secure material stocks and schedule subs’ work at this stage.
Also we will prepare for coping with unexpected situations.

Through the home design, construction and aftersales service stage we will pursue fast services consciously

in order to provide our services 3 times faster in this year than the last year.

工期長期化によるマーケットリスクの回避、などがあげられる。
また、改築が主だが、工事期間の短縮は住人のストレスを大きく削減できるので、スピード工事は非常に喜ばれる。

自分が考えるスピードを上げるための要素として、

Born in Japan in 1973. At University I learned Japanese History.

After graduation, I worked at a major Dental material company as a top salesman. In 2002 I firstly set my foot on land in New Zealand, and have started to engage in NZ Construction firm since 2004. From the 8 years' experiences at construction sites and sales experiences in Japan, I devote myself to satisfy customers from consultation to construction and after care services.

Within the first 4 years after the foundation, half of Japan Homes' customers were similar ages of mine. So that their life environment such as a number of children were also similar to mine therefore I was able to understand the customers' situations and wants more. Meanwhile there are also many customers of my father's generation, which is always appreciated because I can learn lots of good things from them.

We try our best to provide services that you satisfy, such as schedule, quality and after care service.
