Our client wishes MITSUBISHI air conditioners. The estimated price is about $10,000 and the types will be 30m3 (6kw) for a living room and 12m2 (2.5kw) for bedrooms.
Infraheat System (Panel heater)
A company recommend one panel heater is ideally installed per 20m2, but this property has 50m2 sized kitchens and living room, so three heaters would be needed. It is too much and there will be the heat pumps, so that we think one infraheat system is enough. It is basically ok use for plug in however an electrician says that it will be hard considering capacity of electricity. The estimate is about $4,000 for two panel heaters inclusive of installation.
Window screens
The estimate is about $5,000 for the lower windows W5, 600mm x H 2,300mm in the whole living room. It will be Venette Pleated Retractable type.
Instant Hot Water
We asked an electrician and there doesn’t seem to be any reliable products. (because it’s not really famous.) Also this will use lots of electricity. The estimate is around $2,400 if you change the Hot Cylinder from 135L to 180L, which is the maximum size.
A manager from the property management company checked current situation of water pipe cutting and removing power yesterday. We have explained him about the removal works that will start from Friday, so will continue to report updates and discuss with the client. Thank you.

３. 網戸については、livingの全面（下部のみ） 5,600mm W x 2,300mm H で約$5,000になります。

4. Instant Hot Waterについては、electricianに確認したところ、 NZでは、信頼できる品物が無いようです。（あまりメジャーではないので） 電気容量にも不安がありそうです。 Hot Cylinderを135Lから180L（交換できる最大容量）に交換した場合、 見積金額は、約$2,400になります。
