White&White Full Renovation In Northshore 2017

We renovated a whole old house in Northshore with great care of finishing details for comfortable family living.

We replaced all exterior cladding and most of interior finishings so the building is like a new home now and its property value has increased significantly.

Hallway and Entrance

Small windows let daylight through to the hallway.

Upstairs

Two kids can study together here at the study space.

USB power supply points are provided.

Living, Dinning and Kitchen

The floor is commercial grade scratch and moisture resistance laminated timber floor.

All old windows are replaced with new double-glazing windows

Kitchen, Dinning and living are all in one open plan space.

Things can be easily taken from inside the corner pantry by Lazy Susan shelves.

Kitchen appliances are from BOSCH.

Glowing power points and switches are stylish and easy to find in darkness.

Bedrooms

We have changed the room layout and added a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bath to a largest bedroom.

The double tongue ventilating window handle allows the window to be slightly open but still be locked at the same time for security.

Bathrooms

The Ensuite bathroom.

The full-tile bath is easy to clean and maintain.

Frameless glass screen for the shower space.

The rainwater shower provides a plenty of hotwater and the

shampoo recess for small items to keep handy.

Exterior And Garage

Roofing is highly-durable low-maintenance asphalt shingle and wall cladding is timber weatherboard.

Double garage with carpet on the floor.
