Central Auckland New Home Project At Finishing Stage
We have a new home project in Central Auckland area that begun last year and going to complete soon next month.
This is a double storey house with a double garage, 5 bedrooms (2 ensuite), 3 bathrooms(2 ensuite), 2 lounges and the total floor area of 240m2.
At the moment the interior painting has been done,
and waterproofing of the bathrooms has also been finished.
Below is our construction schedule (gantt chart).
We are going to start tiling in the bathrooms next week.
Bathroom Tiling Plans
A few weeks before the tiler work begins we prepared the bathroom tiling plans for the tile work for our client to check the tile work details (tile patterns and tile detail) as well as the bathroom fixture positions.
Here are our plans.
Actually, tile patterns are very important for bathrooms.
If tiles are placed neatly your bathroom will look far more beautiful than just putting tiles without any thoughts.
So we normally provide these types of bathroom plans for our clients to discuss how tile patterns should be for their bathrooms.
Once our client confirmed then we pass these to our tiler so that they can know what exactly they have to do.
Below is the example of our tile work for another project.

仕上げ工事段階にある新築案件
私たちは、昨年に始まり、来月完成予定の、オークランド中心部にある新築工事を行っています。
この建物は、ダブルガレージ、5つのベッドルーム（2つのオンスイート）、3つのバスルーム（2つのオンスイート）、2つのラウンジと240平方メートルの総床面積がある2階建ての家です。
現在インテリアのペイントが終了し、
以下の写真にあるとおりバスルームの防水工事が終了したところです。
こちらは行程表になります。
来週（5/16）からはバスルームのタイル施工が行われます。
バスルームタイルプラン（タイル割）
数週間前にタイル施工詳細（タイルパターンとタイルの詳細）と浴室の器具の位置を確認するために、プランを作成し施主さんに見て頂きました。
こちらがタイルプランになります。
実際のところ、タイルパターンはバスルームにとって非常に重要です。
タイルがきれいに貼られていると、浴室は、何も考えずにタイルを貼った場合よりも、はるかに美しくみえます。
私たちは通常、このようなプランを提供して、お客様のバスルームにとって一番良いタイルパターンを提案させて頂きます。
このようなプランがあると、業者さんもどんな作業をするか正確に分かるのでミスもなくなります。
