We always think that designing and building a home are to create a piece of art together with our clients and subs.
Considering the design from our client perspective and having a clear vision of the completed building with its exterior during design and construction process is the key to the successful project.
Our design examples include to:
Design a new home in a way that house work is quickly and easily done
Provide a utility space for easy house work
Provide a Japanese style bathroom for you to relax
Provide 9% of a total floor area of a new home for store space.
Also we think about construction:
Avoid house components that take time to get and install
Consider waterproofing all parts of building
It is important to choose building materials and methods as well as room layout that are highly cost effective.
We carefully calculate all the costs based on these and support our client’s budgeting.
Of course, we also make sure that there our client can pay back their home loan without too much stress.
It is easy to do a great job with plenty of money but this is not very exciting.
We are more excited to create a great piece of art with a limited budget and space.
It is the typical Japanese that we are happy and motivated to work in this sort of contradiction.

芸術作品を、お客様、下請け業者、ジャパンホームズと一緒につくりあげるという土台が根底にあること。 自分の家だと思い、住んでいる人間の気持ちになって考える！ 設計段階から、とにかく完成系から逆算！ というスタンスで取り組んでいます。
具体的には、 お母さんの家事導線を優先的に考える 家事を助けるＵＴＩＬＩＴＹ ＲＯＯＭを作成 日本式お風呂でゆったりと疲れをとる 日本式トイレ ウォシュレット 玄関には、かならず下駄箱などを置き清潔を保つ 収納を全体の床面積の9％にし、整理整頓をしやすくさせる 家族構成を考慮した間取り 庭のデザインも機能性とデザイン性を考える アフターメンテを徹底的に考える
などなど想像を膨らませていろいろと考えます。
また、施工時の問題点も考えなければなりません。 納品にたくさんの時間がかかってしまうもの、 施工があまりにも特殊すぎるもの 防水がしっかりとできるか？
そして、費用対効果を考えた間取りや材料選び。 これも非常に重要で、 それらをもとに出てくる概算予算から施主の予算組のサポートをする。 もちろん、完成後のローンの支払いも、負担がないかと考慮する。
高いお金で、すごいものを創るのは簡単。 ではなく、限られた予算、限られた空間、 なのに高いサービスを提供するという矛盾に 取り組んでワクワクしてやってしまうのが日本人の典型だと思います。

完成してから５年後もアフターメンテナンス、 銀行への無理のない資金返済などを含めて 「ジャパンホームズをえらんで良かった」と言われて 本当の意味での工事の完了と成功だと思いますので、
