Japan Homes provides a free inspection of our customer’s house that we have built or renovated 1 month and 6 months after the project completion, and also once every year.
The most important thing is to make sure that our customers are still satisfied 5 years after their project is complete.
When we see this happen this will be the true completion time for us.
Like a regular car inspection your house needs to be checked and maintained regularly to keep it beautiful and comfortable.

Minor repair (takes around 5 minutes): Free
Major repair: Provide its estimated cost (for materials, etc.) then discuss

After we receive a reply from our customer we will provide the inspection schedule and detail
