We Japan Homes always clean and tidy up our sites because this is a part of the Japanese carpentry tradition.
KEEP OUR SITES CLEAN & TIDY
We do because this make it safe.
The untidy site with lots of rubbish and materials scattering over a site is sometimes very dangerous.
You may cut your hand by a nail coming out of a timber piece left on the floor, or stumble on a concrete block, or anything can happen.
The tidy site is easier for all workers to work and can save time for site work (save their cost as well!!).
Also importantly it looks good to our clients and neigbours.
We have professional cleaning guys who regularly come to clean up our sites to make sure all sites are clean and tidy all time.
One day a flooring material delivery guy came to one of our site and said “this is the best site I have ever been”
“Why is it?” I said.
“Because this site is the cleanest and most tidy”.

私たちのジャパンホームズは、現場を常に清潔にし、整理、整頓を心掛けています。これは日本の大工の伝統でもあります。
現場の清掃、整理、整頓
清掃や整頓はまず安全の為に必要です。
釘がついてる木材などが床に転がっていると、それで体の一部を切るかもしれませんし、地面にあるコンクリートブロックでつまずいてしまうかもしれません。
また、良く整頓された現場は、すべての作業者が作業しやすくなり、作業の時間を節約でき、ひいてはコストも削減できます。
もちろん、きれいな現場はお客さんや近所の方にも気持ち良く見え、これも重要な要素です。
私たちは定期的に掃除をする業者がおり、すべての現場が常に清潔で整頓された状態であるようにしています。
ある日、私たちの現場に床材を配達しに来たトラック運転手が「ここは今まで配達で行った現場の中では最高の現場だと思います」と言いました。
「なぜ？」と聞くと、
「とても掃除が行き届いていて、きれいに片付けられているから」と言ってくれました。
