Getting A Great Builder
When I am looking for a builder urgently because there is no one availale but the work is to be done quickly, I asked a painter who came to a site for quating if he knew any builder. And he said his brother is actually a builder and available from next day!! This builder is actually very good, came to the site on time and done the work properly. He seems to be reliable and I would like let him to do some small builder work next time. Lucky 1
Getting Great Labours
Next episode. We needed lavours for removing existing GIB boards on another site but the work needed labours 3 times more than expected. So we asked another labour contractor who quoted for another project. They said “You can decide the price for this work”!! In business world, I believe that a price should be determined by client and these guys have shares the same policy with me, so I immediatedly and very happily decided to go with these guys! Of course, we had a proper contarct for no trouble to happen then. They unexpectedly showed great performance so I asked them if we could pay more to them than the contracted price. Lucky 2
Encoutering Great Interior Design Shop We have a motto “Improve everyday” so try many new things everyday. This sometimes gives us troubles. Now we are going to provide the concept of “Modern Japanese Finishing In Harmony With New Zealand Homes” This involves little designed products that reiqures high level work skills as well as affordable costs. These issues were challenging and I was a little concerned. Oneday, when walking out our partner kitchen company office, I saw a nice interior design shop. I decided quickly to run into the shop and saw a lady from Hong Kong I like! This shop can provide us doors, windows, Shoji (Japansese sliding door), Tatami mats, furnitures, etc. Lucky 3
I Have had 3 lucky things for the last week and will be prepared to catch these miracles by doing everyday jobs steadly.

最高の大工を発見！
手配していた大工が急に来れなくなり、困っているとちょうどペイントで見積もりに来ていた業者に冗談でペイントも大切だが、
その前に大工が仕上げなくてはならないので何か解決策をしっているかと冗談で聞いてみたら、お兄さんが大工をしているようで
明日からでもこれるとなり、しっかりと時間通りに来てくれて無事に大工仕事を完了させてくれた。今後も小さな工事をお願いしても
いいなという仕上がりだった。ついてる1
最高の作業者を発見！
今度は取り壊し作業の現場があり、すでに人員は準備していたが、GIBなどを少し外してみたら想定の3倍くらいの仕事量の
取り壊し作業となりこちらも、人員的に少し困ったちゃんになったが、他の物件で見積もりだけしてくれて値段が高かったので、
断った業者へ確認したところ、「自分たちの仕事ぶりをみて価格はMICKEYが決めてくれ」となり、感動した。
価格はお客様が決めるものであるというビジネスの基本の境地にいたので、喜んで依頼した。こちらもすぐに来てくれることになった。
もちろん、トラブルにならないように契約書はしっかりと結びお互いがHAPPYになれるように工事を進めてもらっている。
約束した以上の働きをしてくれたので、最終的にこちらから費用を上げさせてくださいとお願いさせてもらった。ついてる2
最高のインテリアデザインショップを発見！
日々、進化を望む会社をモットーにしているので、小さいながら様々なことにトライする。
そのため、いろいろな障害にももちろん会う。
今、挑戦しているのが「ニュージーランドの家に融合したモダン和風の仕上がり」
これには、細かいデザイン商品、それに伴う施工力、もちろん価格は抑えて
となりこちらも少し困っていたが、いつも利用させてもらっているキッチン会社との打ち合わせが終わり
歩いていると気になるデザインのお店を発見。
そのまま、すぐに突撃！！！と店舗へ進撃。
中には、自分の好きな香港人のお姉さんがオーナーをしており、意気投合。
こちらも、ドア、窓、障子、畳、家具などなどの細かい部分をすべてお願いすることになった。
