There are issues to be addressed variously for our customer satisfaction such as service quality improvement, cost reduction, etc. In this year we will push forward with our fast services.
In order for a boat to cruise at high speed on the sea, there should be no obstacle on water and you should avoid rough waves. It is essential to remove restrictions as much as possible for the fast cruise.
Our fast services can provide several advantages for our customers.
If a customer think to investment into a property shortening the construction period will lead to a reduction in the burden of his or her home loan interests. Avoiding market risks due to a prolonged construction period is also another advantage.
Moreover, although it is mainly remodeling, fast construction can greatly reduce the occupants’ stress.
To increase the speed of our services these three things listed below are the major factors.

スピード工事における施主側の利点としては、 投資目的を意識しているのであれば、工期が短くなることは利息負担の減少、 工期長期化によるマーケットリスクの回避、などがあげられる。 また、改築が主だが、工事期間の短縮は住人のストレスを大きく削減できるので、スピード工事は非常に喜ばれる。
