Today I want to talk about site management 101.
Case 1: a right of way which we have to clear the driveway at 4pm. The Tennant’s on the back section goes to work really early in the morning and finishes around 4pm, we have to clear/make ways in order for the Tennant’s to go home while we are still working.

Case 2: using of others driveway for parking and access to the back yard. In this case we tried to communicate with the neighbour so that we can use their driveway in certain times of a day for delivery or to make more carpark for our sub contractors.

Case 3: fence is leaning on our site and it’s not on a straight line. Therefore we have to liase with the neighbour And straighten the fence so that both the neighbour and us are happy.

Apart from the above, sometimes subcontractors’ trucks may make the public road muddy and we have to clean them down before we get complaints from Auckland transport.

この現場ではフェンスが近隣の方に傾いており、まっすぐではありませんでした。それゆえ、私たちはオーナーと交渉をさせて頂きました。

時には下請け業者のトラックが公共道路を泥で汚すことがあり、オークランドトランスポートから苦情が来る前に、速やかに清掃する必要があります。
